**Fundraising and Student Enrolment Officer**
The Enrolment Officer provides effective and efficient administrative support relating to (but not confined to) all aspects of student enrolments including business development, financial processes, records management and administrative services.
**Responsibilities**
To ensure effective implementation of the project’s activities and task assigned to attain goals and objectives of the project
- To oversee project work-plan performance, participating in project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting and programme development in project site
- To undertake research on prospective corporate, major, trust and public donors
- To organise and take part in strategy and of fundraising events
- To handle programmes and raise funds effectively
- To respond to inquiries from foundations and corporates
- To maintain and update donors’ records on a fundraising database
- To manage the monthly newsletter and social media content
- General administration tasks including typing, printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, labelling, filing, collating, and other administrative tasks as required by the role.
- Prepares and edits student records during enrolments as required.
- Work in conjunction with the Director for the coordination of recruitment events and activities.
- Organisation and implementation of Tours including Discovery Tours.
- Assist with/lead the organisation and implementation of events such as Open Day, Step into Prep, Year 7 Welcome Day, Prep Orientation, New Student Welcome Day, Discovery Tours.
- Data entry of enquiries and enrolment forms.
- Scheduling appointments for Executive staff to conduct enrolment interviews.
- Assists with the preparation of correspondence, reports and student records.
- Gathers data and prepares reports for more detailed analysis by Director as required.
- Undertakes other duties, as required
**Requirements**:
1. Possess a degree in any field.
3. Well-developed customer service skills, including effective interpersonal and written skills.
4. Excellent communication skills at all levels and working as part of a team.
5. Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills
6. At least 1 year experience in NGO project planning and development
7.Preferably able to converse in Chinese dialects
8. Excellent communication skills: Written and verbal communication skills are a necessity (English, Bahasa Malaysia)
9. Good numerical skills: To work to a budget and reach financial targets, regularly reporting on both
10. Sound organisational abilities: To work to deadlines, handle multiple donor accounts simultaneously and keep a record of donations
11. IT skills: Sound knowledge of database management and Microsoft Office
12. Teamwork skills: To be an effective part of a team with the overriding aim of maximising donations ,demonstration of honesty, transparency, accountability, ethical and critical way of thinking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
