Job Summary

The Enrollment Executive is responsible for contributing to the strategic planning, management, and execution of the organization's enrollment goals. This role involves overseeing key enrollment processes, optimizing recruitment and retention strategies, managing a team (if applicable), and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective and current customers/students/members.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Enrollment Strategy & Planning**
- Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment management plan to achieve organizational targets.
- Analyze enrollment trends, market data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to develop effective outreach, recruitment, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Provide regular enrollment forecasting and reports to senior leadership.

**2. Operations & Process Management**
- Ensure all enrollment activities adhere to organizational policies, as well as relevant federal, state, and industry regulations (e.g., in higher education, healthcare, etc.).
- Streamline and improve administrative processes for efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

**3. Recruitment & Engagement**
- Serve as a primary point of contact and representative for prospective students/clients/members, conducting presentations, information sessions, and individual consultations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., schools, agencies, community partners) to foster recruitment pipelines.
- Develop and implement tactics to convert inquiries and applicants into enrolled individuals.

**4. Leadership & Team Management (If Applicable)**
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of enrollment or admissions staff.
- Provide training to the enrollment team on programs, policies, systems, and best practices in customer service.

**5. Customer Service & Guidance**
- Provide guidance and support to applicants regarding eligibility requirements, program options, financial processes, and enrollment deadlines.
- Resolve complex enrollment issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and hospitality throughout the enrollment journey.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred for senior roles).
- [X] years of experience in Enrollment Management, Admissions, Recruitment, or a relevant customer-facing/sales role, with a proven track record of meeting enrollment targets.
- Experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.

- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Organizational & Time Management**: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competence with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, specific enrollment systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- **Customer Focus**: A service-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport and manage confidential information with discretion.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve complex or sensitive issues effectively and maintain compliance with regulations.
