JOB SUMMARY

To plan, implement, manage, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies for promoting TVET programmes under Pusat Bertauliah Cawangan Kuala Lumpur. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the institution's online presence, driving student recruitment through digital channels, producing content for various platforms, and ensuring consistent brand representation. This role requires analytical skills, creativity, strong communication, and a deep understanding of education marketing within the TVET context.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.0 TVET Programme Marketing & Promotion

1.1 Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.).
- Create engaging and targeted campaigns to increase awareness and enrolment for TVET programmes.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, reach, ROl) using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Maintain and optimize paid ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital content, aligned with internal policies and national education branding standards.
- Respond to online inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.

1.2 Content & Collateral Development
- Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including posters, banners, brochures, social media visuals, and video content.
- Plan and execute content calendars for digital campaigns, including writing, editing, and scheduling posts.
- Manage photo/video shoots, editing, and production for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and external vendors when necessary.
- Develop presentation decks and promotional materials for outreach programs and briefings.

1.3 Student Recruitment & Outreach
- Plan and implement online and offline recruitment strategies for TVET programme enrolments.
- Manage leads generation, tracking, and conversion through CRM or internal lead management systems.
- Represent the institution during career fairs, roadshows, school visits, and public events.
- Coordinate with TVET departments to ensure accurate programme information is delivered to prospective students and parents.

2.0 Administrative Support & Reporting

2.1 Data Management and Analytics
- Maintain and update a database of prospective leads, campaign contacts, and student engagement history.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance, recruitment progress, and social media insights.
- Analyze and interpret data to suggest improvements in recruitment strategies and digital outreach efforts.
- Track enrolment targets and contribute to data for management decision-making.

2.2 Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Liaise with internal TVET departments (Admin TVET - Registrar & Admissions) to ensure alignment in marketing messages and programme details.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management meetings.
- Support internal communications by contributing to staff bulletins, internal newsletters, or briefings.
- Contribute to institutional branding initiatives, including campus signage and internal communication materials.

SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Innovate and propose digital solutions to improve student engagement and recruitment.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and tools relevant to the education and TVET sector.
- Maintain professionalism when representing the institution at all times, both online and offline.
- Assist in special campaigns, government initiatives, exhibitions, and ad-hoc marketing projects.
- Train and guide interns or junior staff when necessary.
- Provide recommendations for digital tools, platforms, or systems that enhance marketing efficiency.
