Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia GETS ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for a Finance Operations Admin to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team and work closely with other Sales Operations Admin and Finance team members in Singapore office.

**You will be responsible to**:

- Maintain the SAP billing system
- Raise payment requests via eProcurement system
- Generate invoices and account statements, sending statements to customers on a bi-weekly basis
- Perform receipts offsetting accurately
- Maintain and generate monthly ageing, revenue and transaction reports
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments ensuring timely collection
- Preapre and housekeeping of Billing Request and signed proposals for audit purposes
- Issue credit notes and facilitate refund requests
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by your team manager if needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience using SAP preferred, or other similar systems
- Attention to details and comfortable to work with numbers
- Able to meet tight schedules and manage expectations
- Able to communicate in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
