**Key Responsibilities**:
Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making at the management level to align with the company's growth objectives.

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations.

Provide insights to senior management on financial implications of business decisions and strategies, particularly those associated with rapid growth.

Lead the development and implementation of systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance and effectively manage company resources.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager, especially within a fast-growing organization that has grown 5-10x in size.

Strong understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities in high-growth environments.

Proficient in the use of financial management software.

Advanced analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure and process data and draw insightful conclusions.

Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
