Role: Assistant Manager Social Media**, Mandarin Speaker**

Position Type: Full-time

**Salary**: RM6,000 - RM7,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) / Saturday Alternate

Staff Parking: 50% subsidiary from the Company

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiating ideas on business development strategy, planning, to secure a strong position for company in the market.
- Digital and social media team management.
- Liaising with agencies, working partners, collaboration companies etc.
- Ability to provide clear briefs, managing deliverables & approval.
- Other assignment by Director.
- To get the sales and promote our media services TIKTOK to the customer.

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Ability to ideate, plan, execute, monitor and lead the social media team.
- Manage official social media platform included Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Instagram, Website and etc.
- Developing content calendars with the key objective of driving engagement & conversion on all official platform.
- Community management - Responding to social media post comments and direct messages and monitoring of social sentiments.
- Be in the know of the latest social media trends, tools & trending content.
- Ability to generate social media reports on the overall fan growth, engagement, enquiries & lead.
- Actively be responsible with customer engagement, customer response and crisis management where necessary.

**Website Management and Digital Advertising**:

- Official website management.
- Collaborate with web development teams to optimize website content and user experience.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Actively be responsible with customer engagement, customer response and crisis management where necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent is preferred but not required. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Marketing Field.
- Possess excellent writing skills, video and creative editing and producing content for social media.
- Working experiences in lifestyle tech, agency and bilingual are preferred.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
