**Job purpose**:

- Assist in preparing and execute User Acceptance testing for product/system enhancement and migration.

**Job responsibilities**:

- To register User Specification Request (USF), perform initial assessment on the request and raise parameter form/Service request (SR).
- Work with respective parties (IT/Help Desk) on the SR/parameter form.
- Track and monitor SR/parameter form on progress and prepare status update
- Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) and ensure accuracy, completion and implementation of testing.
- Prepare system user guide as and when new changes/enhancement made.
- Assist on BU queries on system related issue

**Job requirements**:

- Degree in Business or Banking or IT
- 1 - 2 years working experiences OR fresh graduate
- Computer literate with good command in MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication, problem solving and management skills
- Self-motivated resourceful and result oriented
