The Senior Executive – Procurement Enablement & Sustainability Procurement Buyer supports and drive key operational and coordination activities across procurement policy enablement, governance, and sustainability reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, facilitating knowledge transfer, and supporting the Group's sustainability agenda through structured data management, training coordination, reporting, and project support.

Make an Impact by:

1. Procurement Enablement & Governance

• Support the rollout and coordination of procurement policy training and train-the-trainer sessions for power users and procurement teams.
• Act as the first line of support for procurement policy and process inquiries, providing clear guidance to business users and escalating when needed.
• Conduct and support assurance checks, audit evidence gathering, and exclusion list reviews to strengthen governance.
• Assist in the documentation of procurement processes and updates to SOPs in collaboration with policy owners and leadership.
• Support procurement process transformation initiatives by maintaining and updating process documentation

2. Sustainability Reporting & Operations

• Assist in annual Sustainability Reporting by collating and validating data inputs, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining reporting dashboards.
• Administer and maintain the sustainability data system, including audit trail preparation and evidence management.
• Coordinate internal workshops and external engagements with sustainability associations, including logistics and scheduling.
• Manage the rollout of sustainability e-learning programs via the LMS, tracking completion and reporting metrics.
• Support project coordination for sustainability initiatives with Group Sustainability teams and external consultants.
• Prepare and distribute the bi-monthly sustainability newsletter, managing formatting, content flow, and stakeholder approvals.
• Provide operational support for Sustainability Associates workshops, including participant tracking and session logistics

3.Sustainable Procurement & Human Rights

• Track and follow up on supplier declarations related to sustainability and human rights requirements.
• Conduct desktop research and benchmarking to support responses to sustainability rating agencies and improve our performance.
• Support progress tracking against sustainability targets through market research and peer benchmarking.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in procurement operations, governance, sustainability reporting, or shared services
• Proficiency with e-procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar systems; Familiarity with LMS platforms and sustainability reporting tools is a plus
• Strong capabilities in data extraction, transformation, and accurate data entry
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across team
