Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and rollout of health-specific training programs, focusing on medical card sales, health ecosystem understanding, and preventive care strategies.
- Support the development of sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, agent briefcases, and digital content for outreach and education.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (physical and virtual), including scheduling, trainer support, and participant tracking.
- Contribute to campaign planning and execution, including Health Club challenges, incentive tracking, and agent recognition programs.
- Analyze agent feedback and performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements to enablement strategies.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with the Health Enablement team to support ongoing initiatives and new ideas.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in health insurance, sales enablement, and agent engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with digital tools like Canva and Zoom is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event coordination or training support.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
- Creative thinking and willingness to contribute ideas.
Learning Opportunities
- Exposure to health insurance product strategy and sales activation.
- Hands-on experience in training design, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
