VisionGroup is looking for a fast, structured Sales & Channel Enablement Executive to support our sales and partner motions. You'll build and customise pre-sales and enablement decks, keep channel initiatives on track, and learn Vision's AI platform deeply enough to support demos and client/partner-facing conversations. This role is less about relationship ownership and more about being the engine behind organised, high-quality enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Enablement Content
- Create and maintain pre-sales decks, enablement decks, and solution overviews for Vision's AI platform.
- Customise materials by industry, use case, or client (e.g., retail, education, FIs, healthcare, etc.).
- Turn product capabilities, features, and case studies into clear, concise visual stories.
- Build and maintain templates so decks can be quickly adapted for different partners and opportunities.
AI Platform Learning & Demo Support
- Learn Vision's AI platform quickly — core modules, key use cases, and typical deployment patterns.
- Support live demos and walkthroughs by running standard flows, switching scenarios, and highlighting relevant features.
- Work with sales and product teams to design demo flows that align with specific client/partner needs.
- Capture demo feedback, questions, and requested features and loop them back internally.
Channel & Internal Tracking
- Maintain trackers for channel and sales enablement activities, such as what we owe partners (decks, content, demos, follow-ups) and what partners owe us (data, access, joint marketing inputs).
- Track deadlines, owners, and status so nothing slips (docs, emails, simple PM tools).
- Support preparation for partner meetings, joint pitches, webinars, and enablement sessions with the right materials ready on time.
Coordination & Execution Speed
- Coordinate inputs from Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership into a single coherent deck or proposal.
- Turn requirements into structured outlines, then into polished slides quickly.
- Keep a clean repository of enablement assets with clear version control (who uses what, for which use case).
- Provide simple, regular status summaries on key enablement and channel projects.
Enablement Insights & Improvements
- Track which decks, one-pagers, or case studies are being used and which are most effective in supporting deals.
- Identify content gaps (e.g., industry playbooks, objection-handling docs, FAQ sheets) and propose new materials.
- Help refine "how to sell Vision" guides and playbooks for internal teams and channel partners.
Requirements :
- 1–4 years of experience in sales support, pre-sales, channel enablement, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides — able to structure a clear story and flow.
- Ability to grasp complex AI/tech concepts and simplify them for business audiences.
- Highly organised, fast, and comfortable juggling multiple decks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for structure, clarity, and consistency.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Language:
Proficient in English (verbal & written)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Experience supporting demos, POCs, or pre-sales efforts.
