Sales Team Lead

Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
- Lead and coach the sales team through training and pipeline meetings.
- Identify client needs and propose technical solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Review and contribute to commercial offers, contracts, and pricing to ensure profitability.
- Drive negotiations and secure business opportunities.
- Ensure sales activities align with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and market players.
- Track industry trends to identify new business opportunities and contribute to product/service development.
- Prepare budgets, marketing strategies, and business plans to support company growth.
- Deliver on revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for sales and continuous professional development.
**Requirements**:
- Engineering degree in mechanical/structural engineering + management courses is an added advantage. Experience in Service Industry would be a plus. Sales Team Leader qualifications and skills.
- Ideally 7 to 10 years of direct sales experience in crane related products, marketed to the heavy industrial sector such as primary metals, ports, steel, and automotive industries. With at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
