Handling full set of import and Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
- Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.
- Manage day-to-day shipping transaction
- Ensure full L/C compliances.
- Support ad hoc and any other general /admin duties as required.

**Requirement & Qualification**:

- Able to speak and write in Chinese (most of client base in china)
- At least 1 Year of working experience or in the related field is required for this position, company will provide training guidance.
- Accurate, efficient and organized with the ability to priorities tasks as needed
- Computer literate

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
