**Requirements**
- Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese (compulsory),English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Dental Clinic, Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Social media savvy
**Responsibility**
- Handle receptionist duties
- Prepare staff monthly working schedule
- Manage inventory (monitor stock check, prepare inventory list, contact suppliers, place order)
- Upkeep of office supplies
- Train new staff on receptionist skill
- Provide feedback to superior and brainstorming ideas to improve the work/situation
- Monitor product sales
- Problem solving
- Handle emergencies
