Located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Moonrise Acupuncture Medical Center is a leading TCM facility offering acupuncture, herbal therapy, cupping, and various holistic treatments. We are committed to supporting natural healing and fostering balance and well-being.

**Position Overview**

As our Customer Service / Front Desk Staff, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play an essential role in ensuring a smooth, pleasant, and efficient experience at our center. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting daily operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and positive attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling (in person and over the phone)
- Process payments and assist with basic billing tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with the client intake process and keep records updated
- Provide information about our services and guide clients as needed
- Coordinate communication between clients and practitioners
- Support the team with general administrative duties

**Who Should Apply**
- Individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and supporting others
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or scheduling systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
