**Working Days **5.5 days **Working Hours **9am - 6pm; 9am - 1pm
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain a full set of account. Ensure data is entered into system accurately. Establish, maintain and reconcile general ledger.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, general ledger and accounts including P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports.
- Perform daily bank balance and bank reconciliation function. In case of discrepancy, investigate and make necessary adjustments
- Perform and maintain fixed assets listing.
- Perform journal entries, by making reasonably accurate provisions and accruals, and verifying all accounting entries.
- Perform day to day accounting operation.
- Maintain weekly debtor and creditor aging.
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary
- Liaise closely with Operations team and Stakeholders
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignments.
- Ensure all documents are recorded and maintain proper filling.
- Reconcile debtor and creditor statement, analyze and highlight areas of concerns and recommend improvements.
- Assist in setting up and improving finance/account policies, processes, procedures, reports, as well as financial accounting and information management systems.
- Prepare monthly payroll.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SQL
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Good interaction skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong computing skills and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and discipline to meet deadlines.
**ADDITIONAL NOTES**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
