**Responsibilities**:

- Record and update data in the QC system/database (e.g., ERP/PIS work order updating, printing of product tagging, concrete test results, products inspection records, materials report).
- Assist in preparing and maintaining QC documents, reports, and test records (e.g., cube test reports, delivery inspection forms, batching records).
- Follow up with the internal lab for timely testing and submission of reports.
- Maintain proper filing and retrieval of QAQC records for traceability.
- Liaise with production, QC and logistics teams to ensure quality documentation is complete prior to delivery.
- Assist in preparing monthly summary reports (depending on project requirement).
- Ensure compliance with ISO documentation control requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for external audits, customer inspections, and internal reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes (precast or concrete experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under mínimal supervision.
- Able to communicate effectively with production and QC personnel with good understanding in Bahasa Melayu and English.
