**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Regional Food & Beverage Expansion Manager to lead and scale Swee Lee’s F&B strategy across Southeast Asia. With cafés currently operating in Clarke Quay (Singapore) and Kuala Lumpur, this role is instrumental in transforming F&B into a powerful business and brand driver for our retail ecosystem.
This is not just about operations — we’re looking for someone who can develop and implement commercially successful concepts that attract traffic to our stores and elevate the customer journey. Whether through standalone cafés, event-linked pop-ups, or third-party collaborations, your focus will be on building F&B experiences that resonate with our music community while driving profitability
and footfall.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a business development roadmap for F&B across Southeast Asia that is aligned with Swee Lee’s lifestyle retail vision.
- Identify and secure partnerships with operators, brands, and collaborators to enhance the scale and quality of our F&B offerings.
- Manage the full P&L for all F&B initiatives, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment.
- Design flexible F&B formats — from in-store cafés to mobile setups — that increase traffic to retail stores and engage our music-driven audience.
- Collaborate closely with Retail, Events, and Marketing teams to align F&B with broader community-building, loyalty, and promotional strategies.
- Lead hiring, training, and development of café teams, fostering a service-oriented and performance-driven culture.
- Innovate on concepts, menus, and experiences to ensure Swee Lee cafés offer distinctive, relevant touchpoints for our customers.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Build and manage supplier relationships to ensure efficient procurement and inventory control.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-site or regional F&B operations, ideally in concept or lifestyle-driven cafés.
- Proven ability to manage full P&L and operational strategy across multiple markets.
- Experience improving underperforming outlets and rolling out successful F&B models at scale.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of autonomy.
- Fluency in English. Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
- A passion for music, culture, and community experiences.
