**Are you a creative and driven individual passionate about marketing? CaryaZara is looking for a talented Marketing Executive to help elevate our brand and expand our reach.**

As a Marketing Executive at CaryaZara, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote CaryaZara's products and services.
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Managing social media accounts and content creation, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
- Coordinating with the design and sales teams to produce marketing materials, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Planning and executing events, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with external partners, media outlets, and influencers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Skills**:

- **Experience using Ads Manager**: Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms to create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to generate reports from Ads Manager and interpret data to improve campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and adjusting ads for maximum ROI.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
