A Brand Development Manager works for all aspects of an organization’s daily business. This covers sales, marketing, brand development, and dealer management. They are primarily responsible for developing highly effective sales and marketing plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and the brand’s target market, which in turn, achieves sales and profit and maximizes the brand’s long-term potential.

**The responsibilities of a Brand Development Manager**
- Conduct research to find market gap and understand customer needs.
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy focusing both on sales and customer satisfaction for a long term gain.
- Creating new branded products through research and development and finding selling initiatives to meet sales target.
- Marketing the brand image and positioning throughout the industry.
- Focusing on building strong customer relationships, and improve customers experience with the brand.
- Analyzing trends in the sales performance and adjusting plans accordingly in order to meet the sales target.
- Provide forecasts for products; create, contribute, and present sales presentations.
- Keeping up with the latest trends to ensure the brand is up to date and relevant.
- To perform other ad-hoc related task assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in Brand Development and Marketing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in sales and advertising with a willingness to learn more.
- Having experience in fashion field is an advantage.
- Knows to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
- Able to think outside of the box, come up with a creative and innovative ideas.
- Comfortable in managing a project.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent decision making skills.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, presenting skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent ability to network and work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude and eager to learn new things.
- Excellent time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
