**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for providing customer support and services.
- Serves as first point of contact for customer and inquiries for after sales activities.
- Schedules and coordinates travel for Service Engineer to support customers.
- Manage warranty record and claims during warranty period.
- Handle customer complaints and work with other department to take corrective actions to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
- Review sales record and follow up with spares and service to end-user.
- Prepare commercial offers for spare parts, products servicing, and replacement.
- Tabulate service charges, cost and expenses.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships with existing clients in local and regional markets.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least Degree in Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of working experiences with sales/service exposure, preferably with industrial products.
- Highly organized and motivated individual with outgoing personality.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Meticulous and can work independently.
- Can be KL/JB based.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
