Customer Support Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya

Our client, a global fragrance solutions company with a strong British heritage and operations in over 100 countries, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their Malaysia office.

Role Overview:

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. This includes order entry, liaising with logistics for Sea, Air, and Road shipments, and ensuring timely invoicing. The role also involves preparing quotations, maintaining documentation, managing sample requests, and assisting with office and lab operations. Additionally, the incumbent will compile monthly sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience using ERP systems (IFS, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English and BM.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS
  • 13th-month contractual bonus
  • Work-from-home option (1 day/week upon confirmation)
  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm)

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
