Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer inquiries and support related to digital banking services. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, providing accurate and timely assistance to customers.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (read & write)
Minimum Diploma
Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
Salary:
Basic: Up to RM4,000/month
KPI Allowance: RM300/month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4, RM4,300.00 per month
