Responsibilities for It Support

  • Monitor customer breakdown cases and ensure timely response by technicians.
  • Arrange and coordinate urgent toner delivery requests.
  • Ensure all machines are serviced every month and track monthly servicing progress.
  • Confirm that meter reading collection is completed every month (compulsory) and follow up on any missing data.
  • Check and record the monthly print volume for each machine for billing and performance tracking.
  • Update machine service records and documentation in the system regularly.
  • Follow up with technicians on pending service calls and ensure ticket closure.
  • Communicate with customers to verify issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Track consumables and spare parts usage to ensure sufficient stock supply.
  • Identify machines with repeated breakdowns and escalate to Technical Manager for further action.
  • Compile monthly reports on machine uptime, service performance, and consumable usage.
  • Maintain organized filing of agreements, machine lists, meter sheets, and maintenance history.
  • Add hoc assigned by management or superior when required.

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
