Coordination
- Coordinate and assist multiple events at once.
- Coordinate and assist events activities and logistics as well as event entertainment including music, performers, guest speakers and related personnel during event day.
- Support for Esports Integrated Hub’s daily operations and program support.

Communication
- To attend meetings, venue recce, seating, layout and all that relates within approved budget and anticipate different scenarios during coordination.
- Supporting contact points with vendors, contractors, clients and relevant authorities prior, during and post events/programs.
- Provide event related assistance within other departments/brands within the organization.
- Manage communication funnel, contents and feedback for Esports Integrated Hub.

Content Management
- Assists the Content and Marketing team on content coordination, execution and planning, for both static and video contents.
- Assists the Content and Marketing leads on adaptation of other contents for various purposes such as social media short video, teasers and recap video.
- Assists the Events and Programs team on communications related to internal and external parties.

You will be guided by a senior staff within your department throughout your period of internship with us, so don't be afraid as we will not let you get lost. You may be assigned with other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time, and that all within the scope and range of the task, so that you can learn as much as you want

**; Requirements**:
- Open for all students with related fields.
- Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and related video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects) are not required but an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, willing to take unpopular positions based on fact finding and logical reasoning, as well as provide unbiased recommendations.
