**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics
- At least 1 year experience in Logistics Shipping.
- Smart & love communicate with people
- Inform and update sailing schedule for LCL & FCL to Forwarding Agent or Customer.
- Inform Forwarding Agent and Customer when the Vessel is working and expected sailing.
- Send booking confirmation to Customer once Customer confirmed the booking..
- Open job in Asolute system and update from time to time.
- Prepare Shipping instructions for other Shipping Agent.
- Send draft B/L to Shipping Agent and Customer for confirmation.
- Follow up documentation and cargo readiness with Customer.
- Assist Customer to prepare Insurance (if required).
- Assist Customer to prepare Fumigation document (if required).
- Update and follow up shipment with destination agent and customer for shipment (Port to Door)Perform any other jobs as assigned by superior and management when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
