**JOB SCOPE DOCUMENTATION DEPARTMENT**
**DOCUMENTATION CLERK**: The job scope involves managing and organizing documents within an organization. Key responsibilities include looking after administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data entry, updating and managing records, facilitating document retrieval and distribution, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, supporting communication between departments, assisting in document creation, providing training support, overseeing archiving processes, troubleshooting document-related issues, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
