RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage payment procedure - Invoice / Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Picture references, Purchase Order.
- To monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- To track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- To maintain tracking orders record is on track at all times.
- To ensure documentation are documented accordingly.
- To handle orders and proceed sourcing suppliers / vendors for stationery & Miscellaneous items.
- To register vendor information in SAP system.
- To acts as the central point for Procurement and Warehouse either in process or documentation.
- To record, track and documented the warranty of all machineries & equipment.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- SPM holder with at least 2 years relevant Purchasing experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written or other language would be an advantage.
- Analytical skill, problem solving and good communication skill are required.
- Expert level in up to date and efficient IT tools and working methods (agendas,
- minutes, logs, storing of material)
- Able to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances and self-motivated to develop and fast learner.
- Proactive attitude of solving problems, good team spirit are required.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tool is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
