- 学历 至少大专学历(行政、人力资源等相关专业优先)
- 经验 至少 2 年相关行政/人事工作经验
- 语言能力 马来语流利,能沟通中文、英语者优先
- 计算机技能 熟练操作 MS Office(Excel, Word)与基本文档处理能力
- 其他 做事细致、责任心强,抗压能力好,沟通协调能力强
工作职责:
- 负责公司日常行政事务(办公用品采购、文件管理等)
- 协助办理员工入职、离职、考勤、薪资、员工资料等人事流程
- 协助外劳与本地员工的招聘与配置
- 处理政府相关文件(如执照申请、外劳事务、HRDF等)
- 跟进办公室或厂区环境、宿舍管理等行政工作
- 协助组织员工活动和企业文化建设
- 上级交办的其他事务
工作时间:
- 周一至周六:8:00 AM - 17:30 PM
薪资待遇:
- 基本工资:RM 2,800 - RM 3,000(视经验而定)
- 提供 EPF / SOCSO / EIS
- 年假、病假、节日福利等依劳动法规定
- 如表现优异,另有年终奖金和调薪机会
