**Admin & HR Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The Admin and HR Executive will provide essential administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth operation of office functions and HR processes. This role involves coordinating office operations, assisting HR tasks, handling communication, organizing meetings, and managing logistics and company events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures**, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
- **Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements** for the team and management.
- **Maintain filing systems**, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access and organization of documents.
- **Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents** as needed across departments.
- **Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects**, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient**, including office space and equipment maintenance.
- **Assist in onboarding new employees**, including setting up workstations and maintaining personnel records.
- **Assist with HR functions** such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance tracking, and benefits administration.
- **Collaborate with other departments** to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- **Monitor office supplies**, place orders, and manage inventory as necessary.
- **Support procurement processes**, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and managing purchasing needs.
- **Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers** to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- **Coordinate logistics for shipments and deliveries**, ensuring the timely arrival of goods.
- **Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages**, including shipping arrangements.
- **Assist in maintaining records** of logistics operations, shipments, and inventory management.
- **Help organize and coordinate company events**, training sessions, and other employee-related activities, ensuring successful planning, execution, and follow-up.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Proven experience** in an administrative or HR role, with a focus on event coordination.
- **Strong organizational and time-management skills** to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** to interact with various stakeholders.
- **Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and HR software (e.g., HRMS, Payroll Systems).
- **Ability to handle confidential information** with integrity and discretion.
- **Attention to detail and problem-solving skills** to manage day-to-day administrative duties.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
