**Job Descriptions**:
Manage accounting and admin documents and filing.

To maintain precise bookkeeping records.

Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger.

Experience with SQL system and ensure the account code are correctly assigned into the system.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all relevant administrative documents, including AR, AP and invoices.

Verify all billing accuracy and assisting in payment collection with the team.

Report any discrepancies promptly.

Able to handle other general clerical work.

Data entry and record up-data.

**Qualification & experience**

Knowledge and experience in SQL System.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word is required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

8:30AM - 6:00PM with Saturday and Sunday off.

Office Location: Bukit Indah

**Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
