**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **detail-oriented Account Administrator** to manage daily financial transactions and administrative tasks in our retail business. This role involves handling **cash and bank reconciliations, tracking shortages, and assisting with general admin work**. Fresh graduates with strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are encouraged to apply

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily **cash and bank transactions**, ensuring accuracy in deposits and withdrawals.
- **Check for cash shortages** and discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly.
- Record and arrange outlet rentals.
- Arrange daily payment to submit to Head of Finance.
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records.
- Assist in preparing **daily sales and financial reports**.
- Support general **administrative tasks**, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong mathematical and analytical skills**.
- Diploma or Degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and accounting software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with **good problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **work independently** and **manage multiple tasks**.
- **Retail experience is an advantage but not required**—Fresh graduates are welcome

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
