**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**
- Maintain accurate financial records, including AP & AR and general ledger
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliations, expense claims, and petty cash management
- Preparing and processing invoices, quotations, receipts, and other financial documents
- Support month-end and year-end closing process and reporting for management review
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors
- Liaising with clients to resolve outstanding payment

**Administrative Support**
- Data entry, filing and document management
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Monitoring and purchasing office supplies and inventory
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Familiar with e-invoice workflow and processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
