Purchasing Admin Assistant

**Position Summary**:
The Purchasing and Administration Assistant is responsible for daily administration, inventory management, and documentation in the Purchasing/Admin Department at our Wisma CKE location in Cheras.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize daily delivery tasks and manage the collection of business documents for company dispatch.
- Conduct sourcing activities, obtain quotations from suppliers of stationery and hardware parts, and negotiate for the best prices, quality, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Place orders and follow up with suppliers regarding the delivery of stationery and hardware parts, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.
- Provide pricing quotes to the Sales team and obtain necessary approvals from management.
- Manage stock inventory by tracking incoming and outgoing movements to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for timely deliveries to sales branches.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of company facilities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers to assist with procurement administration.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Must be willing to work at **Wisma CKE, Cheras**.
- Possess a minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills, including outstanding verbal and written communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Must be detail-oriented with numbers and figures.
- Responsible and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- **1 Full-time position available.**
**Working Schedule**:
- 5-Days Working per Week (Monday ~ Friday)
- Normal Working Hours (9.00 am ~ 6.00 pm with 1-hour Rest/ Breaktime)
- Off Day - Saturday, Rest Day - Sunday.
