Purchasing Assistant

Job Description:
1. Delivery Order Processing
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) for 33 locations (19 franchise stores and 14 direct stores).
- Verify order quantities based on usage and requirements.
- Accurately input DO details into the system.
2. Order & Inventory Coordination
- Process ingredient orders from outlets and liaise with the warehouse for fulfilment
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment based on store demand.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to track order status and deliveries.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders and stock movements.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels and order tracking.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies.
4. Communication & Support
- Work closely with outlets leaders to assess and fulfill inventory needs.
- Provide updates to outlets on order statuses and any adjustments required.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or any other related field.
- Fresh graduates / Interns are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Procurement Systems is an advantage.
- Candidates with short notice is preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
