Job Description:

1. Delivery Order Processing

  • Issue Delivery Orders (DO) for 33 locations (19 franchise stores and 14 direct stores).
  • Verify order quantities based on usage and requirements.
  • Accurately input DO details into the system.

2. Order & Inventory Coordination

  • Process ingredient orders from outlets and liaise with the warehouse for fulfilment
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment based on store demand.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to track order status and deliveries.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of orders and stock movements.
  • Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels and order tracking.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies.

4. Communication & Support

  • Work closely with outlets leaders to assess and fulfill inventory needs.
  • Provide updates to outlets on order statuses and any adjustments required.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or any other related field.
  • Fresh graduates / Interns are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Order processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Procurement Systems is an advantage.
  • Candidates with short notice is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
