Responsible for the achievement of assigned territories sales budget in line with the company's objectives through proper execution of -Strategic & Promotional marketing plans for Government and Private Hospital in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor -Market development for the key focus products. -Maintain desired sales -Increase and maintained consistent call rates, field activities and control expenses according to plan. -Ensure payments are received promptly -Adept in negotiating and managing key wholesalers -Manage and build relationships with existing customers -Actively source for new customers -Collect and provide market feedback from customers and competitors -Attend to customer complaints and offer problem solving solutions -Ensure prompt collection of payment from customers -Provide guidance and support to distributors and wholesalers -Liaise closely with distributors and wholesalers to maximize coverage and distribution in both upper and lower trade -Oversee sales operations and recommend improvements to overall sales objectives
