**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description:

- 1. To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Banking product.
- 2. To build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script.
- 3. Effectively communicate and promote Banking products to customers.
- 4. Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
- 5. Builds and maintains business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- 6. Attends customers' enquiry on branch products and services and feedback.
- **Requirements**:

- 1. Minimum SPM qualification OR Fresh Diploma/ Degree holders are also encouraged to apply- 3. Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills will be advantages
- 4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- 5. Able to communicate and write in Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
- 6. Like to meet new people and talkative person
- 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
