**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Learning & Development (L&D)**:
- Design, implement, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for growth across departments.
- Collaborate with management to develop tailored development plans for employees at various levels.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning events to foster continuous employee development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to management for improvements.
**Employee Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues and resolving conflicts to maintain harmony.
- Implement programs to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Ensure that all employee relations activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
**Team Building & Employee Engagement**:
- Plan and coordinate regular team-building activities and events to improve team cohesion and communication.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to highlight outstanding contributions and reinforce company values.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
**Collaboration & Communication**:
- Work closely with business unit heads to understand employee needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate open communication between employees and leadership to address concerns, ideas, and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in **Learning & Development** and **Employee Relations**, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and employee engagement strategies.
- Fluent in **Mandarin** (Chinese) to communicate effectively with the team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Empathetic, approachable, and committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
