**Full job description**

HR Administrative for Performance Management

**Responsibilities**:

- **HR System Maintenance**
- Provide support to employees on HR system-related queries concerning time, attendance, and benefits, with assistance from the HR team for complex issues.
- Assist employees with issues related to leave approvals, attendance discrepancies, and benefits data, escalating to the HR team for resolution as needed.
- Update and maintain accurate HR system data, escalating any issues or discrepancies to the relevant HR teams for resolution.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners for system maintenance or issue resolution.

**Time and Attendance Management**
- Ensure attendance records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date for payroll processing.
- Generate regular attendance reports and highlight any discrepancies or patterns for further action.
- Assist employees and managers with attendance-related queries and provide guidance on policies.

**Support for HR Operations**
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including assisting with HR projects or initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, offering assistance on operational HR issues, including time, attendance, and claims-related matters.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of HR processes by addressing issues promptly and collaborating with relevant departments.

**Job Requirements**:

- **At least 1 year of working experience** in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support employees professionally
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive, service-minded, and a strong team player able to follow guidance from the HR team.
- Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s) **:Excel Reporting, PowerPoint Skills, Administrative Skill, Communication Skill**.
- Experience using HR systems and ticketing system is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
