Remote HR Administrator

- Get to handle end-to-end HR administration for employees in Malaysia & Singapore
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including offer letters and exit documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and update employment contracts, letters, and HR documents.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and probation.
- Prepare monthly payroll and payroll reports.
- Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, and PCB as well as CPF & levy
- Verify salary payments, claims, and deductions.
Support annual EA Forms and payroll audits
Recruitment & Coordination
Post job ads and screen resumes.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and pre-employment documents.
- Conduct basic reference checks when required.
- Respond to staff HR queries professionally and promptly.
- Support disciplinary processes, warning letters, and resignation handling.
- Ensure fair and ethical HR practices at all times.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, payroll summary).
- Support HR audits and management reporting.
- Ensure proper filing and document control.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR administration or HR operations experience.
- Must have knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements.
- Able to handle full-spectrum HR independently.
- Ethical, honest, and responsible with high integrity.
- Detail-oriented and careful in checking all work.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Comfortable working remotely using online systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR systems.
- This is a part -time role
