Job DescriptionRequirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Able to write and speak Mandarin and English.
  • Familiar with local labor laws, HR regulations, and statutory submissions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discreet, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and initiative.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Scope

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation (contracts, leave, attendance).
  • Handle payroll preparation and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Assist in performance review coordination and employee evaluations.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and leave applications.
  • Coordinate employee training, welfare programs, and staff engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.

Administrative Scope

  • Manage general office administration including filing, stationery, and supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and company documentation.
  • Support procurement of office items and liaise with service providers.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event organization.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for financial and operational documents.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external authorities when required.
