We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and track applicant status.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure smooth new-hire orientation.
  • Handle resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage clearance forms.

3. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation (attendance checking, claims, overtime updates, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
  • Support leave management and ensure HR policies are followed.

4. Employee Relations

  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
  • Handle disciplinary processes such as show-cause letters and warning notices.
  • Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and workplace culture.

5. HR Administrative Support

  • Prepare HR reports, memos, letters, and documentation.
  • Assist in updating SOPs, HR policies, and company handbooks.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR programs.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of HR experience (generalist/executive level).
  • Familiar with Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/software.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: RM1, RM5,922.27 per month
