HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and track applicant status.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure smooth new-hire orientation.
- Handle resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage clearance forms.
3. Payroll & HR Operations
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation (attendance checking, claims, overtime updates, etc.).
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Support leave management and ensure HR policies are followed.
4. Employee Relations
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
- Handle disciplinary processes such as show-cause letters and warning notices.
- Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and workplace culture.
5. HR Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports, memos, letters, and documentation.
- Assist in updating SOPs, HR policies, and company handbooks.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR programs.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of HR experience (generalist/executive level).
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/software.
- Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM5,922.27 per month
