Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at Plaza TTDI, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position. As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the overall human resources function and contributing to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Liaise with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and LHDN for statutory submissions
  • Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and company policies
  • Support employee engagement, performance review, and training programs
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal and KPI systems
  • Assist in building a supportive and collaborative work environment
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits or HR projects
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of HR

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of AutoCount HR software is an advantage
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team
