We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive, preferably in manufacturing environment. Our client is a leading provider of high-quality sewing machines, serving both industrial and domestic markets. With a legacy of innovation and craftsmanship, they are committed to delivering reliable and efficient sewing solutions to our customers worldwide.

Position : Human Resource Executive

Status : Permanent position with 3 months' probation.

Location Currently Menara Allianz Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and soon relocating near to Mid Valley City (KL Eco City).

Background : Sewing Machine Manufacturer from Japan.

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary : RM4500 – RM5000

Responsibilities

  1. Administer leave matters for group staff, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
  2. Prepare appointment letters and conduct onboarding sessions to explain company rules and regulations to new employees.
  3. Track and manage holidays in lieu of staff.
  4. Stay informed about updates to Malaysian labour laws and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
  5. Liaise with the HR Manager in Singapore to ensure alignment of HR processes and policies.

Requirement

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related field.
  2. Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and HR procedures.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with regional teams.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is an advantage.
  6. Willingness to relocate from current workplace to Mid Valley (new office) once confirmed.
