1. Store Operations Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company procedures.
- Manage store budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability by analyzing financial reports and adjusting operations accordingly.
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and take immediate action when maintenance is required.
2. Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they are well-equipped to deliver excellent service and perform their duties efficiently.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, conducting performance evaluations regularly.
- Handle staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours while managing labor costs
3. Customer Service Excellence:
- Set the standard for customer service in the store, ensuring that all team members follow suit.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints quickly and effectively to maintain customer loyalty.
- Promote a welcoming environment and ensure customers are consistently provided with a positive experience.
4. Sales & Marketing Execution:
- Implement and execute in-store marketing promotions and campaigns as directed by the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, taking proactive measures to boost revenue and meet targets. o Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve the store’s sales performance.
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
- Manage and track stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts and timely restocking. o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality. o Minimize waste and control shrinkage through efficient inventory management and proper product handling.
6. Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the store complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. o Conduct regular safety audits and ensure staff are trained in proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers, addressing any potential hazards immediately.
7. Financial Reporting & Cash Management:
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures, including daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, expenses, and profits.
- Implement strategies to minimize operational costs and maximize store profitability.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently, ensuring accurate end-of-shift reconciliations.
Requirement
1. Experience:
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry or retail sector, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Proven experience in managing store operations, financials, and leading a team.
2. Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem -solving skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
4. Work Availability:
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
- Ability to manage early mornings or late evenings based on store needs.
5. Legal Requirements:
- Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.
6. Personal Attributes:
- Passionate about coffee, customer service, and store management.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a desire to excel in a dynamic, fast -paced environment
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
