**Objective**

To in planning, direct and control business activities of Apex-Pal Malaysia outlets in accordance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.

**Store Operations**

To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Company’s pre-set procedures and workflows which are defined and documented in the following manuals:
- Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual
- Operations SOP Manual
- To review, streamline and improve operations processes / workflows in order to optimise productivity level.
- To ensure current processes and documentation meet the Company’s audit requirements.
- To be involved in the outlets day-to-day functions as follows:
- Store opening and closing
- Assisting in conduct staff briefing
- Cash handling includes:
- verify float in the safe on a daily basis
- daily bank-in
- review and verify z-read report and bank-in slip
- ensure that Cashiers strict adherence to cashiering procedures
- Ensure a conducive, safe and comfortable ambiance for staff and customers.
- Improvise and improve outlets performance in terms of profitability, sales revenue, customers’ awareness and cost control.

- To co-ordinate and monitor stock-take process.
- To ensure timely submission of documents / reports to all internal departments.
- To update IM.
- To ensure IT system is working.
- To ensure pest control is well conducted by the vendor.
- To ensure fly catcher is working.
- To ensure spring cleaning is well conducted.
- To ensure outlet filing system is systematic.
- To ensure staff grooming is follow proper SOP.
- To plan weekly staff schedule.
- To ensure sufficient crockery and utensils in the outlet.
- Check maintenance of all equipment located in or used in the outlet and request immediate repairs when required.
- To ensure first aid kit is equip with approved contents.
- You will perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
