Spare Part Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- To support in the overall Spare Parts department matters.
- To oversee daily SPD parts sales, supplied service level and warehouse operations.
- To provide excellent customer service and support to Service Centre, Dealers and Stockist.
- To manage parts reordering system, monitor shipments and deliveries, well maintained inventory controls and proper managed stock levels.
- Effectively communicate with local and overseas vendors on parts ordering or deliveries if require immediate attended.
- To prepare proposal to obtain approval from Management.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM qualification or higher education.
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Experienced in spare parts purchasing and stock inventory control.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral & written).
- To perform duties in multitasking works minded.
- Good communication, people management and computer literate.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
