Spare Part Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Coordinate and manage the introduction of spare parts for new models.
- Oversee the accurate catalog for new models.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts and accessories for current and new models.
- Ensure effective communication of spare parts and accessories to customers on inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and inspection procedures.
- Managing E-Commerce activities from start to end.
- Prepare timely reports to management.
- Support the overall operational efficiency of the spare parts department
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification or higher education.
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Experienced in spare parts purchasing and stock inventory control.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral & written).
- To perform duties in multitasking works minded.
- Good communication, people management and computer literate.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
