**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee bi-annual stock takes at all EAM branches, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Monitor the performance of MMM Parts Wholesales.
- Ensure the proper upkeep and organization of parts stores at all branches, maintaining cleanliness and accessibility.
- Monitor and manage parts ordering processes at the branch level, identifying potential issues and collaborating with branches to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on spare parts related matters, utilizing data to identify trends, optimize inventory management, and improve overall parts operations.
- Track and manage dead stock through the 5OUT movement.
- Prepare and submit approval papers for the disposal of dead stock parts, following established procedures and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in parts inventory management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
