We're looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Sales - China required for our Sales & Marketing Division.
Job summary
The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for growing and generating MICE business from China market and industries and developing new accounts for the hotel.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the MICE business from China.
Identify and establish new business opportunities within the China market.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirement
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, specializing in the China market.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter, team player, and role model with leadership experience.
Ability to multi-task, adapt, and display initiative in a fast-paced environment.
