**Job Summary**:
The Director of Sales & Marketing oversees all sales, marketing, and revenue-generating activities of the resorts. Responsible for developing strategic plans, driving business growth, strengthening market presence, and leading the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room, F&B, events, and overall revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities.
- Oversee corporate, leisure, MICE, government, and online segments.
**Marketing Management**
- Develop the annual marketing plan and brand strategy to enhance market visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online presence (OTA, website, SEO/SEM).
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, collaborations, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
**Revenue & Forecasting**
- Work on pricing strategies, forecasting, and yield management.
- Analyze performance reports and adjust strategies to maximize profit.
- Monitor market demand, pace, production, and revenue performance.
**Communication & Collaboration**
- Work closely with all resort departments (Operations, F&B, Front Office, Finance).
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
- Prepare monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in hotel/resort Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/director position.
- Strong understanding of hospitality trends, market segmentation, and revenue management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media strategies, and CRM systems.
- High level of professionalism, creativity, and strategic thinking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
